Last work out completed! P90X/Insanity Hybrid week 12 is DONE! It's been a painful experience, but a necessary one. And the story's not over, but I have reached the end of the chapter.
I now officially weigh lighter than I have in about six or seven years.
So, without further ado, let's start this journey off with the starting numbers:
Weight: 242lbs
Waist: 47in
Hips: 45in
Chest: 44.3in
Body Fat: 25.5% (ewww)

Today, after 12 weeks of working out, dieting, and a few slip-ups, my numbers look like this:
Weight: 210.4lbs
Waist: 44in
Hips: 43in
Chest: 44in
Body Fat: 15.7% (HOLY CRAP!)
And the "after" photos (these are really more of "in between" photos):
I kid you not...I'm uploading these photos for the very first time as I'm typing up this post. And it's the very first time I've seen my "before" and "after" photos next to each other. I cannot believe the MASSIVE difference!! And I still have 38 pounds to go for my weight-loss goals. Hopefully, I can start to gain a few inches on my chest (not much), and then work on sheer definition.
I start the program again on June 3rd. This is a war against my fat. And I'm armed. Cover me. I'm going in.
